New Agency Experienced Agent

We understand if you’ve got some reservations about us being the new kid on the block. Sometimes we hear people say “Wait, your brand new, why should I trust you?”. Fair enough. I have been selling insurance along the Gulf Coast since Oct. 16, 1986. I may have a baby company but I have plenty of experience. With age comes wisdom. I started as the Senior Agent for ALFA Insurance in Gulf Shores as a Scratch Agent. That means I had 2 chairs a phone a coffee table and one CSR(Customer Service Representative) when they opened the office. The average life of a scratch agent is 2 years. I worked for ALFA for 20 years. Not bad if I say so myself. Hurricane Ivan hit Sept 16, 2004. When they did allow me back on the island I was at the office from 6 am to 6 pm and took phone calls up to 3 AM. I did that for 3 or 4 weeks straight 7 days a week. I stayed a year after Ivan and when I was satisfied with all the claims I retired. Little Dude and I had the best summer. In the fall when he went back to school I started Starfish Insurance Agency. I had it 5 years and sold it to take care of my terminal mother. Five years later unfortunately she passed away. It took me a year to settle her estate. When I did we started Wynona’s Insurance Agency. We opened up a office in Gulf Shores and went to work. The stay at home order came in March and we did not know what the future would hold. We closed our office and moved it to out house in Spanish Fort Estates. Most of my work is done by phone and email. I do have an occasional client that does not believe in computers in that case we come to you. I have also been a FEMA Adjuster. I got some stories but that is for another time. I am licensed in Alabama and the whole state of Florida. You got it I can write it!. Call 251-540-HOPE(4673) Office, 251-942-5475 Cell, wynonasinsuranceagency@yahoo.com or web https://www.wynonainsuranceagency.com. Thanks. Be safe. God Bless
